We have two very exciting shows coming up next week. In the main gallery Kerry Jameson will be showing lively figurative sculpture in ceramic and mixed media with a compelling narrative charge that make reference to historical events and folkloric characters. The predominant aesthetic is that of the uncanny- where objects or ideas are recognised as familiar and at the same time experienced as deeply strange. Meanwhile, in the Project Space, Betsy Dadd's atmospheric installation and 'moving drawings' that explore the ethereal fragility of objects through an imaginative synthesis of animation and mixed media paper works.
Both shows run from 7 November - 21 December 2013.
